SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How quickly will I receive my order? All orders are processed within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 8 to 10 days for shipping.
What carriers do you use? We currently ship exclusively with USPS. This means that your order will come with your mail.
Do you ship internationally? Currently we are busy with serving our US customers. If you are interested in finding out when we will be available in your market send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What should I do if I need to return or exchange an item? If you need to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com for instruction. In order for your item to be eligible for return it must be in an unused and original condition that it was received. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Return shipping fees and additional shipping costs incurred in an item exchange are the responsibility of the purchaser.
