Having three children has brought new levels of complexity and challenges to my life. With two kids, it was easier to divide and conquer, but with the arrival of our third child, everything changed. As the primary source of nourishment for my baby, I find myself constantly meeting his needs. Balancing the needs of my other two children, one with anxiety and the other on the autism spectrum, adds an extra layer of responsibility. Some days, it feels like I'm falling short and struggling to take care of everyone while maintaining my own well-being. This journey has taught me the importance of seeking support and practicing self-care.
