We made a pivot in the company slowly over the years but we really didn't talk about why.  We started pivoting to be exclusively a gender neutral children's brand but as we have started focusing on that, we realized that we were also healing the little girl in side who was forced to dress one way to be seen as "a girl" or "pretty".  Why are we putting such a heavy burden on what our little ones wear?  Why is it that in order to be a "girl" you must love pink, glitter and makeup.  And to be a boy you have to be rough, love all things monster trucks and not show any weakness or tears.  Lets break down that ridiculousness and explore the gender norms society puts on us and how we are trying to break the norm.
